My name is Karen, and I am writing from the Philippines. I am reaching out to ask if you could assist us with a misdelivered package containing high-grade matcha powder.

Due to an unfortunate mistake, we provided our supplier with an old warehouse address in Nagoya that previously belonged to our delivery partner. As a result, the package was sent to that old address instead of the current one.

Someone we contacted visited the old address, and the current tenant informed us that they did not receive this particular package. However, Japan Post has confirmed that the package was successfully delivered. Because of this, we need someone who can visit the Nagoya Post Office to inquire about the delivery details and, if possible, obtain the proof of delivery. This will help us determine who actually received the parcel and whether it was delivered to the correct address.

If the package is successfully located and recovered, we would also appreciate your assistance in forwarding it to our delivery partner’s new address in Japan. We will, of course, cover all shipping costs and pay a reasonable fee for your time and assistance.

誤配送された抹茶商品の荷物について、ご協力をお願いしたくご連絡いたしました。

私たちの手違いにより、日本の取引先である配送パートナーの**以前の倉庫住所（名古屋）**を仕入先へ伝えてしまい、その住所へ荷物が発送されました。

私たちが依頼した方が旧住所を訪問したところ、現在の入居者は「その荷物は受け取っていない」と話していました。しかし、日本郵便では「荷物は配達済み」と案内されています。
