As someone who was an airbnb host before, I have rented numerous properties in Tokyo and signed many contracts. I am here to share what I learned so you don’t have to make the same mistakes.
I can help with explaining the dos and don’ts as well as how to search for properties within your budget and reach. For those who doesn’t read Japanese I can also search properties on your behalf and accompany you to viewings / contract signings etc.
